We are actively expanding into new verticals and are looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to help accelerate our growth.
Role Overview
As an Outside Sales Representative at Pigeon-Tech, you will be responsible for selling SaaS-based licenses by working closely with our marketing team to convert Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) into long-term customers. This is a consultative sales role focused on understanding client needs, demonstrating value, and closing deals across diverse industry sectors.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated salesperson who thrives on ownership, relationship-building, and performance-based earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate and follow up on inbound leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer goals, challenges, and use cases
- Present and demonstrate the Pigeon-Tech SaaS platform tailored to specific industries and client needs
- Sell subscription-based licenses across multiple verticals, including:
- Zoos, museums, theme parks, and attractions
- Events, conferences, fairs, and festivals
- Sports organizations
- Hospitals and healthcare institutions
- Universities and educational institutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and close
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in SaaS, software, or technology sales (B2B preferred)
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
- Ability to communicate value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable conducting demos and solution-based presentations
- Experience selling to multiple industries is a plus
- Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills
