Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst – Edge System Integration Testing (SAP CIS) 

Position Overview 

The Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst will support the Customer Modernization Program by leading and executing Edge Testing across SAP and non‑SAP platforms. This role partners closely with delivery teams, system integrators, legacy support teams, and business stakeholders to ensure end‑to‑end solution quality across customer‑facing and backend integrations. 

The ideal candidate brings strong testing experience, a systems integration mindset, and hands‑on expertise in manual functional testing, defect management, and test planning within complex enterprise environments. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Execute the Testing methodology to produce testing deliverables including test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and execution reports. 

• Perform manual functional and integration testing for Edge systems integrated with SAP CIS and downstream platforms. 

• Create and execute end‑to‑end system integration test scenarios that validate business processes across SAP core and connected Edge applications. 

• Ensure all test cases are written and executed in alignment with business requirements and acceptance criteria. 

• Translate functional and technical requirements into accurate testing scope and coverage. 

• Log, track, prioritize, and manage defects through the full lifecycle, partnering with development and integration teams to drive resolution. 

• Coordinate and report on daily testing activities, progress, risks, and metrics. 

• Support and participate in system integration, regression, and UAT testing efforts. 

• Coordinate with process owners and business stakeholders to support UAT planning and execution. 

• Support integrated testing across multiple systems, teams, and environments, ensuring dependencies are understood and managed. 

Required Experience & Qualifications 

Experience 

• 5–7 years of Quality Assurance / testing experience in enterprise application environments (minimum 3 years required). 

• Hands‑on experience with system integration testing involving multiple applications and platforms. 

• Strong background in manual testing; experience testing customer‑facing digital or account management solutions is a plus. 

• Experience with defect management and test metrics reporting. 

Tools & Technologies 

• Test management tools such as OpenText ALM / Quality Center. 

• Experience testing SAP CIS or large ERP implementations is strongly preferred. 

• Familiarity with Edge systems and third‑party integrations (digital, middleware, billing, payments, etc.) is a plus. 

Skills 

• Excellent analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders. 

• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time‑management skills. 

• Ability to work effectively across onshore and offshore teams.
