DMI (Data Modernization Initiative) Durational Project Manager

Qualifications / Skills:

Ø Advanced degree in Public Administration, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Project Management, or a related field.

Ø 5+ years of experience in project or portfolio management within large-scale technology or modernization initiatives.

Ø Experience managing federally funded programs, including grant compliance and performance reporting.

Ø Strong understanding of data modernization, public health informatics, and systems transformation frameworks.

Ø Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a central PMO, aligning program-level projects to enterprise standards and governance models.

Ø Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com, Microsoft Project, Power BI, or equivalent systems.

Ø Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Ø Preferred certification: PMP or equivalent credential
