Job Summary

Lorhan Corp is seeking an experienced Java with Angular Developer for an opportunity with our client IBM in Whippany, New Jersey.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java-based application development, Spring Boot, Angular, and REST API development. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable applications, building user-friendly interfaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java and Angular.

  • Develop backend services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

  • Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using Angular.

  • Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs.

  • Work with databases and optimize application performance.

  • Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.

  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams.

  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

  • Follow Agile development methodologies and software engineering best practices.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Java.

  • Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.

  • Strong knowledge of Angular.

  • Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

  • Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.

  • Knowledge of microservices architecture.

  • Experience with SQL and relational databases.

  • Understanding of Git and CI/CD processes.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on enterprise-level applications.

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Understanding of application security and performance optimization.

Experience Level

Candidates with strong professional experience in Java and Angular application development are preferred.
