A bit about us:

Our client is a well-established, employee-owned geotechnical engineering consulting firm in California with a strong portfolio of infrastructure projects. The team works on technically challenging transportation projects involving bridges, deep foundations, retaining walls, and roadway improvements.

This is an opportunity for an up-and-coming geotechnical engineer who wants to take the next step professionally. You'll have the chance to manage your own project assignments, contribute to meaningful engineering work, and develop your technical judgment while learning directly from experienced senior engineers. The goal is to give you both the autonomy to grow and the mentorship to help you get there.

Why join us?

Take Ownership Early: Manage your own assignments and play an active role in project delivery rather than simply supporting someone else's workload.
Get Mentorship Without Micromanagement: Work independently while having access to experienced engineers who can provide technical guidance, answer questions, and help you grow.
Work on Meaningful Infrastructure: Contribute to transportation projects involving bridges, deep foundations, retaining walls, and roadway improvements.
Build Toward Professional Licensure: Continue developing your technical expertise and progress toward your California PE or GE license.
Join an Employee-Owned Firm: Become part of an established organization where employees have a stake in the firm's long-term success.
