Summary
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AI Agile Coach to lead Agile transformation initiatives while enabling teams to effectively adopt Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions and AI-driven delivery practices. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile frameworks, coaching cross-functional teams, and driving AI-focused product development initiatives across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor Agile teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and leadership teams on Agile best practices.
- Drive Agile transformation programs across multiple teams and business units.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Guide teams in integrating AI/ML development workflows into Agile delivery models.
- Establish and improve Agile metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement processes.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful AI product delivery.
- Implement Lean-Agile methodologies to improve team productivity and product quality.
- Support AI governance, ethical AI practices, and responsible AI implementation within Agile frameworks.
- Identify and remove organizational impediments impacting Agile team performance.
- Coach leadership on Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale.
- Promote DevOps, MLOps, and continuous delivery practices for AI-powered solutions.
Required Skills
<>Agile & Coaching- Agile Coaching experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, and Agile scaling frameworks.
- Experience leading Agile transformations.
- Excellent facilitation, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in Agile metrics, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement.
- Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle and product development.
- Experience working with AI/ML teams and data-driven projects.
- Familiarity with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI product development.
- Knowledge of MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
- Understanding of AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI principles.
