Summary

The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving service excellence, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end service delivery to ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs, serving as the primary escalation point for clients, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the role involves writing SOWs/COs, running QBRs, connecting with onshore teams, and conducting regular service reviews to track operational metrics.
 
Qualified candidates should possess the following:
- 5+ years of experience in service delivery or operations within the IT/consulting sector.
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, paired with superb communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage escalations in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ITIL or Service Management processes (certification is preferred).
