Job Description
Seeking a highly experienced Senior Integration Architect to lead the design, development, and modernization of a microservicesbased eBonding integration platform. This role focuses on building scalable integrations across enterprise ITSM systems including ServiceNow, Salesforce, BMC Remedy, Zendesk, and FreshService.
Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain endtoend integration architecture
Design and implement RESTful & SOAP/WSDL integration solutions
Lead modernization initiatives using eventdriven architectures and API gateways
Architect and deploy cloudnative microservices on Cloud Foundry/PCF
Utilize AIassisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, AI code review)
Mentor engineering teams on integration patterns, microservices, and secure coding
Collaborate with business & technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
Required Skills
10+ years Integration Architecture / Enterprise Middleware experience
Strong handson experience with ITSM integrations (ServiceNow, Salesforce, BMC Remedy, Zendesk, FreshService)
Java 17, Spring Boot 3.x, Spring Integration, Spring Batch, Spring Security (OAuth2/JWT)
Microservices architecture & Cloud Foundry/PCF deployments
REST and SOAP/WSDL integration patterns
SQL Server, JPA/Hibernate, database design
CI/CD experience with Concourse pipelines
Experience with AIassisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, AI code review)
Preferred Skills
Kafka, Spring Cloud Stream, eventdriven architectures
SonarQube, Secure SDLC practices
ELK Stack (Logstash, Logback, Actuator)
Apache CXF, Apache POI, XML/JSON transformations
TOGAF, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or related integration certifications
