Project Manager - Real estate domain

We need following candidate:

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: Manhattan, NY Hybrid - 3 days in a week from office

• Project Manager with 15 plus years of experience in managing Development projects and 5 plus years of Digital Transformations with real estate domain experience
• At least 10 plus years of project management or business analyst experience

Key Responsibilities

• Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them. Possess assertiveness in driving the project milestones.
• Directly deal with Real Estate Business users and IT stakeholders on the project
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion
• Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget
• Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills
• Interact with 3rd party vendors (Deal Path)

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Project Manager with 15 plus years of experience in managing Development projects and 5 plus years of Digital Transformations with real estate domain experience
• At least 10 plus years of project management or business analyst experience.
• Must act as the voice of the customer and simulate customer activities.
• Experience with Agile,Scrum and software development.
• Experience in Real Estate Commercial Mortgage Lending an added advantage.
• Tools - MS Project, Excel, JIRA, Clarity PPM/ Field Glass, ServiceNow

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
