Serve as the Voice of the Customer for technology teams, translating marketing insights and customer problems into clear, actionable context for solution design and prioritization.

Partner with Product Mangers and Marketing teams to define, refine, and validate problem statements, customer personas, use cases, and market opportunities.

Synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into concise narratives, recommendations, and decision support that influence roadmap, backlog, and release priorities.

Ensure customer context is consistently represented in planning, prioritization, refinement, sprint reviews, launch readiness, and post-release assessment.

Advocate for customer outcomes and market relevance, helping teams distinguish between internal assumptions and validated customer needs.

2. Product & Feature Delivery (50%)

Translate customer and business problems into well-defined requirements, feature intent, acceptance criteria, success measures, and value hypotheses that technology teams can execute against.

Ensure backlog items reflect customer intent, expected outcomes, go-to-market implications, dependencies, and measurable value not just technical scope.

Partner with Product Owners, Product Managers, Technology, and Delivery teams to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguity, and connect feature decisions to customer and market impact.

Participate in feature readouts, readbacks, refinement, and sprint reviews, feature demos, validating that delivered functionality supports intended customer use cases.

Evaluate feature performance after release, using adoption, usage, customer feedback, and business metrics to recommend improvements and inform future roadmap decisions.

3. Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution (15%)

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Commercialization, Client Communications, and Product teams to define target segments, positioning, messaging, launch approach, and customer value propositions for new features and releases.

Translate product capabilities and customer problems into clear, customer-relevant narratives for go-to-market plans, sales enablement, client communications, release materials, and launch readiness activities.

Support the development of launch plans, internal readiness materials, customer-facing content, FAQs, demos, and enablement assets that help the organization communicate product value effectively.

Ensure go-to-market messaging accurately reflects product capabilities, customer benefits, operational readiness, and any technology or delivery constraints.

Track and analyze launch performance, adoption, customer feedback, and market response, feeding insights back into Product, Marketing, and Technology teams.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Decision Support (10%)

Act as the bridge between customers, Marketing, Product, Technology, Operations, and Delivery teams, ensuring alignment on the problems to solve, the value to deliver, and the outcomes to measure.

Provide data-driven insights and customer-centered recommendations to guide trade-offs between features, timing, quality, adoption potential, and business impact.

Identify and communicate customer impact, market implications, dependencies, risks, and readiness considerations that could affect delivery or successful adoption.

Influence stakeholders through clear analysis, structured storytelling, and practical recommendations grounded in customer insights and market dynamics.

Ensure Product and Technology leadership have the right information to make informed decisions that support customer value and go-to-market success.
