Summary

We are seeking an experienced Epic Professional Billing (PB) Analyst to configure, maintain, test, and support Epic's Professional Billing module to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant revenue cycle operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of healthcare billing processes and experience translating business requirements into effective system configurations and workflow enhancements.

The analyst will collaborate with revenue cycle teams, billing specialists, and other stakeholders to optimize workflows related to charge capture, claims processing, remittance, and reimbursement.

  • Experience implementing, configuring, or supporting the Epic Professional Billing (PB) module.
  • Knowledge of healthcare professional billing and revenue cycle management processes.
  • Experience with application testing, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Epic Professional Billing (PB) Certification is required.
