Position: Program Manager – Consumer Consulting

Location: Remote

We are looking for a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream transformation programs across Consumer clients. This role requires individuals who can own large-scale delivery, manage senior stakeholders, integrate multiple workstreams, and contribute to business development. You will act as a program director under Partner leadership, driving both execution and client impact.

Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field.

Required Experience:

• 6+ years of experience
• Background in: Strategy firm or Big Four consulting firms.
• Experience managing large transformation programs or PMOs
• Strong problem-solving and structuring ability
• Excellent executive communication and storytelling
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex programs
• Ability to balance delivery and BD (sell + deliver)
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate in ambiguity

Preferred Consumer Experience (Depth in at least in two of below)

• Retail / CPG / Omnichannel ecosystems
• Sales & marketing transformation
• Customer / loyalty / growth strategy
• Store operations and field transformation
• Supply chain transformation
• AI-enabled transformation
