Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IAM professional to support application authentication modernization initiatives. The role focuses on designing and implementing secure authentication, authorization, SSO, and MFA solutions while guiding application teams through identity transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise IAM solutions (SSO, MFA, Authentication, Authorization)

• Lead application migration to modern identity platforms (Okta, Entra ID)

• Provide architectural guidance and hands-on engineering support

• Troubleshoot authentication and SSO issues

• Integrate on-prem and SaaS applications using SAML, OIDC

• Support AWS-based applications and identity integrations

• Develop documentation and modernization frameworks

• Collaborate with stakeholders and application teams

Required Skills

• 7+ years IAM experience

• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

• Experience with Okta or similar SSO platforms

• Hands-on with SAML, OIDC, OAuth

• MFA, Conditional Access Policies (CAP)

• RADIUS, PKI knowledge

• PowerShell / Python / Java scripting

• AWS experience

• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills
