Pay Range: $18/hr - $20/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service while supporting clients and their staff.
- Install, maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair POS systems, hardware, peripherals, and related printer equipment.
- Resolve technical issues efficiently and communicate solutions clearly to customers.
- Document work performed, maintain system configurations, and execute hardware/software upgrades or replacements.
- Perform light contractor work such as drilling, mounting hardware, and running cabling as needed.
- Train employees on the proper use of supported systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair product failures; order and replace parts as needed.
- Recommend appropriate products, services, or solutions based on customer needs.
- Follow established procedures while working with minimal supervision.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Great people skills and printer repair skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing POS or computer hardware systems preferred.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and restaurant technology environments.
- A+ certification is preferred.
