Content Associate – eCommerce Product Images

Job Summary

We are seeking detail-oriented, entry-level Content Associates to support product image updates on our SipMarket eCommerce platform. The ideal candidates will assist with resizing, updating, and uploading product images while maintaining accuracy and consistency across a large product catalog.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with basic data entry skills and familiarity with Canva or other image editing tools. Training will be provided on the required product data management system and image uploading processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Resize and update product images according to established guidelines.

• Upload appropriate images to product listings on the eCommerce platform.

• Perform high-volume product image updates accurately and efficiently.

• Review product records to help ensure images correspond to the correct products.

• Enter and update product information as needed.

• Follow established procedures and instructions for image processing and uploading.

• Maintain attention to detail while completing repetitive data entry and content management tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Basic data entry and computer skills.

• Familiarity with Canva or similar image editing software.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately.

• Reliable, efficient, and willing to learn new tools and processes.

• Must have a personal laptop and a reliable internet connection to work remotely.

• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM Eastern Time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or other image editing tools.

• Experience with eCommerce product listings, product catalogs, or content management systems.

• Experience uploading images or maintaining product information.

• Familiarity with Excel, spreadsheets, or data entry applications.

Training and Tools

Training will be provided for the product image updating process and the Steveo product data management system. Temporary access to Canva and the required uploading system will also be provided.

• Work Arrangement: 100% remote

• Interview Process: Approximately 15-minute Microsoft Teams meeting

Candidates with basic computer skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Previous professional graphic design experience is not required.
