Our client, a leading organization in pharmaceutical manufacturing, is seeking a Operations Support Engineer ? Formulation & Filling to join their team. As a Operations Support Engineer ? Formulation & Filling, you will be part of the Manufacturing Support team supporting formulation and filling operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Operations Support Engineer ? Formulation & Filling

Location:Durham, North Carolina

Pay Range:$50

What's the Job?

  • Monitor line performance and implement improvements to reduce variability and increase output.
  • Drive structured problem solving activities resulting in effective corrective actions.
  • Review existing processes and assess how to improve ergonomics, reduce human error, and match practice/procedure.
  • Support start-up activities and contribute to process optimization in formulation and filling operations.
  • Lead specific activities of the process teams, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor?s degree in science, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Operations or Manufacturing Support within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with root cause analysis, technical writing, and investigation management.
  • Ability to work in a controlled environment requiring specific gowning procedures.
  • Flexibility to attend meetings or support off-shift operations, as manufacturing runs 24/7.
