Summary
Job Description
We are looking for DFT Engineers with strong DFx and DFT skills. ATPG experience is not mandatory for submission, but candidates should have hands-on experience with DFT implementation and verification. The role requires familiarity with Siemens DFT tools and experience with SCAN, MBIST, IJTAG, and related DFT features. Candidates should understand test timing and place-and-route collateral generation. Strong verification experience across multiple DFT features is preferred.
