Summary

Job Title: Senior DevSecOps Engineer

Location: Carmel, IN

Duration: Long Term

Key Expectations:

  • Strong hands-on DevSecOps experience (not theoretical)
  • Experience in securing CI/CD pipelines (dependency scanning, container security, static code analysis, secret scanning)
  • Solid Kubernetes + cloud security exposure (RBAC, policies, cluster-level security)
  • Good experience with Azure and/or AWS environments

What the role needs:

  • Candidates who have worked in real production environments
  • Ability to own problems and implement solutions (automation, security improvements, infra fixes)
  • Experience with Terraform / infrastructure automation
  • Comfortable working in less structured / evolving environments

Avoid Profiles:

  • Theoretical knowledge without hands-on work
  • Poor clarity while explaining projects
  • Limited exposure to Kubernetes, pipeline security, or automation
