Summary

Job Title: Warehouse Support Technician
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: Contract

Job Description:

  • Provide logistical and technical support to IT field technicians across school and administrative locations.
  • Monitor and manage support tickets for parts requests; maintain and track IT inventory (laptops, desktops, WYSE, interactive tech).
  • Handle asset management including pickup of obsolete equipment and updating asset database records.
  • Order and maintain inventory to ensure availability of required parts and equipment.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for wireless, network, switch, and printer issues; escalate major issues to infrastructure teams.
  • Support device setup and maintenance including Apple apps, iOS updates, AirWatch installation, Windows patches, and antivirus compliance.
  • Conduct proactive support activities such as checking labs, media centers, projectors, and interactive whiteboards.
  • Document all work in ticketing systems and ensure adherence to processes, audits, and knowledge base updates.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while supporting projects, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate reporting of all IT assets.
