Summary
Job Title: Business Development Sales Manager
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to win new business within the defense and security sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, military & police departments, prime contractors, and industry partners
Identify and pursue new opportunities, including RFPs, RFIs, and unsolicited proposals
Collaborate with engineering, program management, and operations teams to support proposal development and successful project execution
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to guide BD strategy
Manage sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and performance metrics
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience with MRAP or tactical vehicle programs
Knowledge of international defense markets and export regulations
Prior team leadership or management experience
