📢 We’re Hiring: Product Engineer

📍 Location: Newport Beach, CA (Onsite)

đź•’ Employment Type: Full-Time (Direct Hire)

 

We are looking for an experienced Product Engineer to support the development and production release of advanced IC-based semiconductor products. The ideal candidate will play a key role in product characterization, testing, and improving product performance throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.

 

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the introduction of new semiconductor products from development into production.
  • Develop characterization plans and create code/scripts to collect and analyze product data.
  • Evaluate process and performance data to define datasheet specifications and test limits.
  • Collaborate with design and test engineering teams to create and implement production test strategies.
  • Perform lab testing and validation for new product samples and prototypes.
  • Monitor manufacturing yields and investigate issues related to testing, production, or reliability.
  • Support reliability engineering teams with product qualification and failure analysis.

 

🔹 Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in semiconductor product engineering, RF testing, or product characterization.
  • Strong understanding of mixed-signal semiconductor products and production release processes.
  • Programming experience with languages such as C++ and C#.
  • Hands-on experience with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, function generators, spectrum analyzers, and VNA/PNA.
  • Basic understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation.

 

🔹 Additional Skills (Preferred)

  • Hands-on lab equipment expertise
  • Strong programming and automation skills
  • Experience with hardware debugging and troubleshooting
  • Solid background in product characterization
  • Experience working with ATE lab environments and programming
