Position: BPMN developer
Location: Remote, USA
Must Have experience:
• Business Process Modeling
• Flowable BPM & BPMN
Workflow & Process Orchestration
• Design, develop, and maintain complex business workflows using Flowable BPM leveraging BPMN 2.0, CMMN, Security Policy, Data Object, Bot Scripting, Liquibase Knowledge and DMN.
• Design end-to-end process automation solutions for enterprise business operations.
• Develop reusable workflow components, process templates, and decision models.
• Implement process versioning, migration, and lifecycle management strategies.
• Optimize workflow performance, scalability, and reliability across distributed environments.
Event-Driven Architecture & Kafka
• Design and implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.
• Build integrations between Kafka event streams and Flowable process instances.
• Develop robust producer and consumer applications using Spring Kafka.
• Implement message retry mechanisms, dead-letter queue strategies, and schema governance.
• Monitor and optimize Kafka clusters, consumer groups, partitions, and throughput.
API & Microservices Development
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Expose workflow and business process capabilities through secure and scalable APIs.
• Implement API security using OAuth2, JWT, and API Gateway patterns.
• Build microservices capable of supporting high transaction volumes and low-latency processing.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture and API governance standards.
Data Processing & Integration
• Design scalable data ingestion and transformation frameworks for processing large volumes of data.
• Develop ETL/ELT pipelines for enterprise integration requirements.
• Implement validation, normalization, and enrichment of incoming data streams.
Performance Optimization & Monitoring
• Analyze and tune Flowable engine performance, database interactions, and memory utilization.
• Optimize API response times and system throughput.
• Monitor system health, operational metrics, and application performance.
Implement observability measures including logging, tracing, and monitoring solutions.
