Role Overview

Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITAM, SPM, TPRM) following leading practices
Lead client workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Develop custom applications and integrations

Core Responsibilities

Solution Design & Configuration: Conduct workshops, gather requirements, configure workflows, UI policies, business rules, and script includes
Development & Integration: Hands-on development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS; build REST/SOAP/API integrations
Best Practices Advisory: Promote configuration over customization; align with standard platform capabilities
Documentation & Testing: Produce technical design documents, user stories, test scripts; perform unit testing and code reviews
Troubleshooting & Optimization: Resolve complex technical issues; enhance system performance

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years in a Senior/Principal ServiceNow role with deep workflow expertise
5+ years of ServiceNow platform architecture experience (UI Builder, Flow Designer, Workspaces, Employee Center)
5+ years of strong JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS experience
Proven ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions

Certifications (Preferred)

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ITSM, ITAM, SPM
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM, ITAM, SPM
