Anaplan Program Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Program/ Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise planning and performance management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Anaplan implementations, cross-functional stakeholder management, and end-to-end project delivery across finance, supply chain, sales, or workforce planning domains.

This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to ensure successful planning solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Anaplan implementation and enhancement programs/ projects, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies using Agile or hybrid delivery models
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, Anaplan model builders, and integration teams
• Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical deliverables
• Oversee solution design reviews, testing cycles (UAT), data validation, and user adoption activities
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure planning solutions meet business needs
• Track and report project status, issues, and mitigation plans to leadership
• Ensure adherence to best practices, governance standards, and documentation requirements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project or program management with at least 3+ years leading Anaplan-focused initiatives
• Hands-on experience managing Anaplan implementations (FP&A, Sales Planning, Supply Chain, Workforce Planning, or similar)
• Strong understanding of Anaplan concepts such as model architecture, modules, lists, actions, and data hubs
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe project methodologies
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Anaplan Certification (Model Builder, Solution Architect, or equivalent)
• Experience with system integrations involving ERP, CRM, or data platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Snowflake)
• Background in Finance, Planning, or Operations transformation programs
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise or global environments
