Overview
Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team to develop reports and queries supporting New Business and Distribution Operations teams. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and updating Power BI dashboards, executing data transformation and ETL processes, and utilizing database knowledge across multiple platforms to provide impactful solutions for operational reporting.
Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain Power BI dashboards to support team reporting needs.
Develop and execute complex queries and reports from various databases. Perform data transformation, data modeling, and manage ETL processes and reporting pipelines.
Work with various platforms and database technologies, including Oracle, Azure, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric, to deliver data-driven solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally with operational teams to gain a solid understanding of business needs and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, and database management.
Strong experience as a SQL Developer with a deep understanding of databases.
Proven track record in creating and managing Power BI dashboards. Demonstrated expertise in Data Transformation, Data Modeling, ETL Development, and Reporting Pipelines.
Technical hands-on experience with Oracle, Azure, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.
Strong collaborative and team-player mindset with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
Willingness to learn business operations to effectively provide tailored data solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or background in Computer Science or a related field.
