Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Generative AI Developer to support a leading banking client in building next-generation AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python development, Generative AI systems, and enterprise AI architecture, with a focus on building multi-agent AI systems.

The client is specifically looking for senior professionals with experience beyond basic RAG or single-agent systems, capable of designing and implementing multi-agent AI frameworks for complex enterprise use cases.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable applications using Python and Generative AI technologies
Build and implement multi-agent AI systems for enterprise workflows
Develop LLM-based applications such as chatbots, automation tools, and document intelligence solutions
Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, and Hugging Face
Develop data pipelines and AI workflows using PySpark and big data technologies
Integrate REST APIs and work within microservices-based architectures
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, data security, and governance standards
Optimize prompt engineering, model performance, and deployment strategies
Participate in code reviews, testing, and production support activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Python development and 8+ years of overall software development experience
Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLM-based applications
Proven experience in designing and building multi-agent AI systems
Strong knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or ChromaDB
Experience with PySpark or data engineering is a plus
Understanding of banking or financial services domain preferred
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

Experience in model fine-tuning and prompt optimization
Exposure to MLOps and CI/CD pipelines
Experience building scalable enterprise AI systems
