About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support monthly marketing and promotional initiatives for a leading lottery organization. This role is primarily focused on creating engaging visual content and animations displayed on lottery retail machines. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can transform broad creative direction into compelling visual experiences while maintaining brand quality and campaign objectives.

What You'll Do
  • Design and animate monthly promotional content for lottery retail displays.
  • Create visually engaging campaigns for scratch ticket launches, seasonal promotions, and licensed game offerings.
  • Enhance existing lottery artwork with motion graphics and animation.
  • Develop creative concepts from initial ideas through final execution.
  • Package, test, and deploy digital content across multiple display machine types.
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure proper sizing, rendering, and functionality.
  • Work closely with marketing stakeholders to understand campaign requirements, timelines, and priorities.
  • Participate in weekly reviews and collaborate with Lottery leadership on content direction.

Required Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of professional Graphic Design experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
    • Adobe Illustrator
    • Adobe After Effects
    • Adobe Photoshop
  • Demonstrated experience creating animated marketing or promotional content.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute designs from a blank canvas.
  • Strong visual storytelling, layout, typography, and branding skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive learning mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet recurring monthly deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing digital marketing assets, promotional campaigns, or interactive displays.
  • Basic understanding of HTML.
  • Experience working with motion graphics, digital signage, retail displays, or gaming/lottery-related content.
  • Portfolio showcasing graphic design and animation projects.
