We are seeking a highly motivated Digital QA Engineer with strong experience in end-to-end testing of mobile applications and web platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless customer experiences across digital touchpoints while working in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, UX teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality releases at speed.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform end-to-end functional testing across B2C mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web applications
· Validate customer journeys including onboarding, authentication, checkout, payments, promotions, and account management
· Execute regression, smoke, integration, and UAT testing for frequent releases
· Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with business requirements
· Drive adoption of AI-assisted quality engineering (e.g., agentic test generation, intelligent failure analysis, and self-healing automation) to improve productivity, coverage, and defect detection.
· Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to quickly resolve issues in a rapid deployment environment
· Participate in Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
· Support release validation and production verification
· Continuously improve QA processes and test coverage
Required Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience in B2C digital testing (mobile and web platforms)
· Strong expertise in end-to-end testing methodologies
· Hands-on experience testing native mobile apps (iOS/Android) and responsive web applications
· Hands on Knowledge of using AI in Software testing.
· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
· Strong understanding of customer experience flows and digital commerce journeys
· Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems
· Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-change environments
· Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
· API testing experience using Postman or similar tools
· Performance and load testing knowledge
· Experience with CI/CD pipelines
· Retail, eCommerce, or consumer digital platform experience
