**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and customize SharePoint sites and applications to meet business requirements.
- Implement TMNA security standards and policies throughout the SharePoint environment.
- Collaborate with IT security, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure compliance and secure deployment.
- Configure permissions, access controls, and data protection mechanisms in SharePoint.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Document development processes, configurations, and security implementations.
- Stay updated on SharePoint platform updates and security best practices.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer (SharePoint Online and/or On-Premises).
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, workflows, web parts, and customization techniques.
- Familiarity with TMNA or equivalent enterprise security standards and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in SharePoint Designer, PowerShell scripting, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integration with other enterprise systems.
- Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, and data security in SharePoint.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

**Preferred:**
- Certifications related to SharePoint or Microsoft 365.
- Experience working in automotive or highly regulated industries.
- Knowledge of Azure AD, Microsoft Information Protection, and related security tools.
