What You'll Be Doing

Assist with inspections, maintenance, and repairs of plant equipment and machinery
Learn to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform preventative maintenance
Support senior mechanics in daily operations and emergency repairs
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status
Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment

What Are We Looking For

Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of tools and mechanical systems
Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
