• Strong functional knowledge of EAM, Supply Chain (SCM), and Inventory (INV) processes (maintenance/work orders, purchasing, inventory transactions, scheduling).
• Hands On Test Script Creation / Functional Testing
  • Ability to create test scripts by recording how processes are executed directly in Oracle
  • Comfortable running tests, documenting results, and partnering with consultants.
• Strong Communication / User Facing Skills
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with both white collar and blue collar audiences.
  • Not introverted - confident, articulate, and good at walking users through processes.
• Functional Problem Solving Across Business Applications
  • Understanding of how EAM/SCM/INV processes integrate with other Oracle modules and operational systems

• Opkey or Other Automation Tooling Experience
  • Opkey experience is a plus, not required.
• Exposure to Oracle APEX, FlexDeploy, or EBS Technical Stack
  • Not a technical role, but awareness of APEX, FlexDeploy, or OAF environments helps with understanding customizations
• Background in Asset Heavy Industries
  • Energy, utilities, manufacturing, midstream-but not required as long as EAM/SCM/INV is strong.
