We are seeking an experienced IT Endpoint Analyst to provide hands-on technical support in a full-time, onsite environment in Miami, Florida. This role will focus primarily on Windows-based endpoint support, with additional exposure to enterprise infrastructure and office technology systems.
This is a fast-moving opportunity due to an upcoming vacancy. Candidates must be local to the Miami area and available for in-person work Monday through Friday.
Position Overview
Under limited supervision, the IT Endpoint Analyst provides technical support for the installation, repair, and maintenance of personal endpoint devices and related hardware and software. The role includes troubleshooting complex user issues, documenting resolutions, and escalating specialized matters to appropriate IT teams when necessary. The environment is predominantly Windows-based. Apple experience is considered a plus, though support needs in that area are minimal.
This position also includes “smart hands” infrastructure support. Configuration work will be performed by subject matter experts, while this role focuses on physical installation, hardware mounting, and operational verification.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and support desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for individual users and workgroups
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
- Support office network environments, both wired and wireless
- Provide conference room A/V support and coordinate with A/V engineers for escalated troubleshooting
- Install and mount infrastructure hardware such as servers, switches, and storage devices under guidance from infrastructure SMEs
- Assist with monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response within enterprise IT systems
- Support small-to-medium IT infrastructure projects through installation and implementation
- Maintain and support multi-function printers and office technology systems
- Lift and move computer equipment up to 50 pounds as required
- Participate in Teams and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma with 4 to 6 years of IT support or end-user support experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong hands-on experience in a Windows enterprise environment
- Experience troubleshooting endpoint hardware and software issues independently
- Ability to follow infrastructure guidance from subject matter experts
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience supporting engineering or technical applications
- Microsoft technology certifications
- Apple Certified Support Professional certification
- ITIL Foundations certification
