Oracle Platform Specialist

Oracle Platform Specialist with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to support the rebuild of non-production environments and transition toward the client's target architecture. This role is focused on platform implementation and technical guidance, not day-to-day operational administration.

The specialist will work closely with the project team, client stakeholders, and partners to reduce implementation risk, accelerate delivery, and help ensure the platform is set up for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement approved OCI, OIC, and ODI platform and architecture designs.
• Configure OCI networking components, including route tables, network security groups (NSGs), and service connectivity.
• Implement and validate NAT gateways, ingress/egress traffic flows, and required network routing.
• Deploy and configure Palo Alto Oracle Firewall Service and related security controls.
• Establish and validate secure end-to-end connectivity across ODI, OIC, and OCI services.
• Provide hands-on technical support during environment rebuild activities across PP4 and other non-production environments.
• Support technical design discussions and provide subject matter expertise on Oracle platform capabilities.
• Develop technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Partner with the broader team to ensure governance, logging, monitoring, and alerting are fully implemented and adopted.

Scope / Positioning:

• This role is not responsible for client-owned architecture, governance, security standards, or networking standards.
• The role is focused on implementation support and specialized platform expertise required to execute within those standards.
• The resource will complement existing team capacity by filling a critical skill gap in Oracle platform networking, security, architecture, and WebLogic-related implementation support.

Required Skills / Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
• Expertise in OCI networking, routing, NSGs, NAT gateways, and connectivity design/validation
• Experience with Oracle platform security controls and Palo Alto Oracle Firewall Service
• Knowledge of WebLogic administration/configuration in Oracle platform environments
• Ability to support environment rebuilds, technical troubleshooting, and implementation validation
• Strong documentation and knowledge transfer skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Accenture teams, client teams, and partners

Preferred Profile:

• Experience supporting environment rebuilds / migration / transition activities
• Ability to identify platform risks early and recommend mitigation actions
• Comfortable operating in a short-term, high-impact SME role focused on delivery acceleration and implementation quality
