Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Solution Architect to drive domain architecture strategy, design, and implementation.
The ideal candidate will lead architecture modeling, solution design, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with business goals, IT strategy, and regulatory requirements.

Requirement/Must Have:

Strong experience in architecture design and domain modeling.
Expertise in architecture frameworks, methods, and tools.
Ability to lead solution design and implementation across domains.
Strong understanding of system, data, and integration architecture.
Experience in regulatory and compliance-driven environments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience:

10+ years of experience in architecture domain.

Responsibilities:

Lead preparation of architecture viewpoints and models for current, target, and interim states.
Identify and analyze pain points and opportunities through architecture assessments.
Define and enforce architecture patterns, standards, and best practices.
Ensure alignment with IT strategy, business architecture, and solution building blocks.
Lead design, engineering, and implementation of reusable architecture assets.
Conduct peer reviews and represent architecture in governance forums.
Maintain architecture documentation and repository.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and technical needs.
Lead evaluation and selection of solutions, products, and vendors.
Drive research on emerging trends and technologies.
Develop and enhance architecture methods, tools, and processes.
Provide input into technology roadmaps and strategic planning.
Perform domain assessments for complex projects and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Provide reporting on architecture progress, issues, and opportunities.

Should Have:

Advanced degree in a related field.
Experience with vendor evaluation and RFP processes.
Experience working in enterprise-scale environments.
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Skills:

Enterprise and solution architecture.
Architecture frameworks and modeling tools.
Stakeholder collaboration and communication.
Vendor evaluation and solution selection.
Regulatory compliance and governance.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Leadership and team mentoring.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
