Job Title: Infrastructure Analyst Sr
Location: Philadelphia, PA - Hybrid
Duration: 12+ Months
Experience with but not limited to the following technology:
Demonstrated technical experience.
Proficient in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
Skilled in writing and executing PowerShell scripts for automation and administrative tasks.
Expertise in deploying and managing Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
Experience with Nerdio Manager for Enterprise for AVD automation and optimization.
Knowledge of Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates and virtual machine provisioning.
Understanding of FSLogix profile containers for user profile management in AVD.
Troubleshooting skills.
Project management.
Vendor management.
Familiarity with ITIL principles.
Service-Now.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
