Architect Custom Finance AI Solutions: Design, test, and deploy customized LLM-powered
applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks, and intelligent agents designed to
parse, analyze, and generate insights from multi-dimensional financial datasets.
Systems Integration: Build robust integration bridges, semantic layers, and automation loops between
advanced AI models and our enterprise planning/incentive stacks—specifically working with Workday
Adaptive Planning, CaptivateIQ, or Anaplan.
Automate Financial Narratives & Variance: Develop autonomous workflows that ingest raw monthly
or quarterly financial results, run comparative variance analyses against budgets, and draft high-fidelity
commentary/narratives that save hundreds of manual hours for our FP&A team.
Translate Complexity: Act as the primary technical bridge. You will gather business logic from
Finance Directors and VP-level stakeholders, translate that logic into robust Python/SQL algorithms,
and build AI workflows that respect precise financial guardrails.
Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure all AI pipelines and model interactions maintain strict
adherence to corporate compliance, data access hierarchies, SOC2 protocols, and internal data
privacy standards regarding sensitive financial and compensation records.
Deep Financial Literacy: Proven background working directly within or immediately alongside
Corporate Finance, FP&A, Accounting, or RevOps teams. Complete comfort with GAAP, threestatement modeling, SaaS metrics, budget roll-overs, and incentive structures.
AI/ML Engineering Expertise: 3+ years of experience engineering AI applications. Expert-level
hands-on capability with Python, SQL, vector databases, LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g.,
LangChain, LlamaIndex), and prompt optimization strategies.
Target Enterprise Stack: Deep technical configuration or backend API integration experience with at
least one (and ideally more) of the following platforms: Workday Adaptive Planning , CaptivateIQ ,
Geographic Location & Availability: Must be physically located and legally authorized to perform
contract work within North America (Canada) or Latin America (LATAM). Must be available to
coordinate daily during standard US corporate hours.
Communication & Consulting Polish: Stellar verbal and written communication in English. Ability to
present technical roadmaps clearly to non-technical executives and build collaborative relationships
PREFERRED / BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working in or consulting for mid-sized technology or B2B SaaS companies undergoing
Familiarity with general ledger architectures (e.g., NetSuite, Workday) and cloud data infrastructure
(Snowflake, BigQuery, or dbt).
