Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced CRM Functional Consultant with a strong background in requirement management, business analysis, and solution design. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Insurance domain across Europe and India, and the ability to bridge business needs with technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

·        Drive requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design aligned with business needs.

·        Perform gap analysis and map business requirements to system functionalities.

·        Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and implementation teams.

·        Lead requirement walkthroughs and stakeholder discussions.

·        Prepare and maintain requirement documents, process maps, use cases, and workflow diagrams.

·        Ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives and delivered effectively.

·        Support project execution across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Must-Have Skills

·        10+ years of experience in IT as a CRM Functional Consultant.

·        Strong expertise in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and business-to-system mapping.

·        Extensive domain knowledge in the Insurance industry (Europe & India markets).

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills (ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders).

·        Strong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

·        Knowledge of software quality assurance practices.

·        Experience in gathering both functional and non-functional requirements.

·        Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

·        Understanding of TCS products and service offerings.
