Job Description

We are looking for experienced Java Developers / Java Backend Developers to join our team in Albany, NY or Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java backend development, building scalable applications and RESTful APIs in an enterprise environment.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Java development
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs and Microservices
  • Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP and Collections
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AWS / Azure / Cloud technologies
  • Experience with Kafka or other messaging technologies
  • Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes
  • Experience with NoSQL databases
  • Enterprise application development experience
  • Previous Deloitte experience is highly preferred
