Role Descriptions:
- Fircosoft developer designs, configures, and maintains compliance and sanctions-screening applications such as Firco Continuity and Firco Trust to help financial institutions meet anti-money laundering (AML) and regulatory standards
- Configuration: Install and set up Fircosoft filtering software, profiles, rule sets, and workflows for real-time and batch transaction screening (SWIFT, Wire, ACH).
- Alert Tuning and Optimization: Analyze screening results, reduce false positives, and adjust matching rules to improve operational efficiency and screening accuracy.
- Data Integration: Connect Fircosoft platforms with enterprise databases (Oracle, MS SQL) and messaging systems (IBM MQ, Kafka) to manage customer and transaction data feeds.
- Database and Script Development: Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and Unix/Linux shell scripts to support automation and backend stability.
