Job Details

You will:
  • Oversee commercial re-roof & repair projects from scope to closeout
  • Conduct site walks, develop scopes, pricing, and proposals
  • Serve as the primary client point of contact throughout each project
  • Manage schedules, subcontractors, materials, and field coordination
  • Prepare estimates for repairs, re-roofs, and maintenance scopes
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Support service/repair teams with pricing, inspections, and client communication

What You Bring:
  • 3-10+ years in commercial roofing OR related construction (exteriors preferred)
  • Experience with commercial roofing systems (single-ply, BUR, coatings, metal, etc.)
  • Ability to estimate, price, and sell scopes confidently
  • Strong communication + client management skills
  • Organized PM mindset with a customer-service approach
  • Valid driver's license & willingness to be in the field regularly
  • ability to pass a background test/drug screening
