Job Title: AI Developer

Job location: Hybrid in Palo Alto, CA

Duration: 6 Months Contract

We are seeking a skilled AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent applications powered by Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable AI solutions, integrating large language models, and developing automation systems that solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models for business applications.
• Build and optimize NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, and Generative AI solutions.
• Develop applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, or open-source models.
• Fine-tune pre-trained models using custom datasets.
• Integrate AI models into web, mobile, or enterprise applications through APIs.
• Create data pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment.
• Monitor model performance, accuracy, bias, and scalability in production.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data teams to define AI use cases.
• Implement prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.
• Maintain documentation and follow AI governance / security best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), Java, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Experience with OpenAI API, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
• Familiarity with SQL / NoSQL databases and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience with MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI / ethical AI practices.
• Prior experience developing chatbots, recommendation systems, or automation tools.
