Role Overview

Senior Technical Product Analyst with 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise application development initiatives built on Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Microservices, Cloud, and API-driven architectures. Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, product managers, architects, UX teams, and engineering teams by translating business needs into scalable technical solutions and product features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to define product vision, roadmap, and delivery priorities.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Lead requirement discovery workshops and stakeholder discussions.
  • Create user stories with clear acceptance criteria, use cases, data flow diagrams, process flows, and wireframes.
  • Drive backlog refinement, prioritization, and alignment with delivery timelines.

API & Integration Analysis

  • Define REST API requirements and integration specifications.
  • Analyze request/response payloads, API contracts, error handling, and security requirements.
  • Collaborate with teams implementing REST services, GraphQL APIs, Kafka event streams, and third-party integrations.

Testing & Release Support

  • Support QA and UAT activities, including business test scenario definition.
  • Review regression scope, release readiness, production deployments, and post-release outcomes.

Technical Knowledge

  • Understanding of JWT, OAuth2, SSO, and API Gateway platforms.
  • Exposure to GenAI solutions, AI-powered applications, agentic workflows, and conversational AI platforms.
