Data Engineer with pharmaceutical Background

Role: Data Engineer with pharmaceutical

Location: Atlanta, GA ( Remote)

Duration: 3 Month

Note: Must have previous working experience with a Pharma Client.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in software integration and technical operations support
• 7+ years' experience with Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure ADLS, Azure Databricks, - MDM Reltio, Azure DevOps and other relevant tools
• Commercial Data Expertise
• Experience managing third-party managed service providers

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues
• Operations Lead with ITSM, vendor management and commercial data management experience
• Background in master data management systems and processes is beneficial
• Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix team environment.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
• Hands on expereince with Data & analytics platform management, like Azure Databricsk, MDM Reltio etc.
• Hands-on experience in design, coding, managing backlogs delivery of IS projects
• Attention to detail and ability to deal with ambiguity and change
• Penchant to learn about new technology innovation and creativity in applying to business problems
• Experience establishing, running, maintaining and evolving integrated data management and science delivery platforms
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with ITSM tools and frameworks (e.g., ITIL, ServiceNow).
