Summary

Product Owner / Product Manager

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager with strong Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain experience. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to define product strategy, gather requirements, manage the backlog, and deliver digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and business outcomes.
Work with business and technology teams to understand insurance processes and requirements.
Create and manage epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Own and prioritize the product backlog.
Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder discussions.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support delivery teams.
Coordinate UAT, product demonstrations, release readiness, and user adoption.
Analyze data, integrations, APIs, business rules, and exception scenarios.
Communicate product priorities, risks, dependencies, and decisions to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

7+ years of Product Owner/Product Manager experience.
Strong Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance experience.
Experience with commercial insurance is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of insurance processes such as policies, endorsements, renewals, claims, underwriting, premiums, billing, and client servicing.
Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and product backlog management.
Excellent requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process mapping skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
