Summary

Our client in Washington DC is seeking one Senior Consultant to lead Training Strategy and Content Development for a large charge capture program. The selected resource will design and execute a comprehensive end-user training strategy, develop clinical and operational training content, and apply change management principles to drive adoption across the program.

This position will be 6 months with potential extensions. Some occasional onsite travel to Washington DC is required.

Additional Requirements:

5+ years of experience in training design, instructional design, or change management in a healthcare setting
Foundation-level or above proficiency in Training Design and Change Management methodologies
Demonstrated experience developing training content for clinical or operational audiences in a large organization
Epic training module experience or certification (e.g., Epic Training Environment build)
Prosci, ATD, or equivalent change management or instructional design certification
Experience managing training programs for EHR implementations or large-scale clinical transformations
Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Healthcare, or a related field
