Desktop Support Technician

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite and remote technical support to end users. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install and image PCs, and support IT equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite, deskside, and remote IT support to end users.

• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.

• Image and configure PCs for office and manufacturing use.

• Support mobile devices, barcode scanners, and video conferencing equipment.

• Manage IT inventory, cables, and peripherals.

• Maintain service quality while following company safety and compliance procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.

• Associate's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a high school diploma/GED with 7 years of IT experience.

• Hands-on desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting experience.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and ServiceNow.

• Experience supporting printers, barcode scanners, iPhones/iPads, and AV equipment.

• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification.

• Pharmaceutical, GxP, or manufacturing environment experience.
