Summary: To provide Product Management/Solutions Architecture of highly technical enterprise cloud solutions and managed services products. They drive business needs while staying closely connected to the Voice of the Customer (VoC), collaborating with technical teams, maintaining industry and market expertise, defining product strategy, creating the product roadmap, and leading cross-functional teams in delivering value to clients. This role requires strategic thinking combined with a high degree of technical expertise for both internal and external efforts.
About the Client: The client provides hosting functionality of core banking systems and is in the digital banking/Fintech space.

- Modelling/forecasting
- Lead the analysis, creation, ongoing management, and communication of assigned product roadmap(s) aligned with business objectives. Perform regular competitive gap analysis to ensure products exceed marketplace options. Monitor channel performance to recommend improvements and new offerings. (20%)
- Lead internal stakeholders (engineering, design, information security, sales, marketing) and external vendor partners to determine best implementation, launch, and ongoing sustainment methods for the product lifecycle. (20%)
- Responsible for programs supporting customer adoption of hosted products and services. Translate customer needs and technology directions into new features and services. Ensure products comply with financial regulations and data security standards. (20%)
- Research and follow technical trends in the industry, collaborating closely with internal technical teams. Serve as a bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring technical solutions align with customer and business outcomes. (15%)
- Work as product owner in an agile team, documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, and product capabilities. Deliver prioritized product backlog aligned with sprint goals and KPIs. (10%)
- Gather customer feedback to validate product performance against stated metrics. (10%)
