Position SummaryThe Willow Analyst-designs, builds, and supports Epic EHR and pharmacy systems, partnering with IT and pharmacy teams to optimize workflows, automation, compliance, and patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications- Epic Willow Inpatient Certified
- 3-6 years of Analyst experience
- Strong knowledge of inpatient and clinic pharmacy workflows
- Epic build, testing, and integration experience
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain Epic pharmacy and EHR functionality
- Analyze pharmacy workflows and translate operational needs into system solutions
- Identify and implement new Epic functionality and optimize existing workflows
- Coordinate cross-application testing and impact analysis
- Develop downtime processes, documentation, and configuration standards
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with change management, HIPAA, and pharmacy regulations

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $100.00/hr.
