Job Description Summary

The Senior Manager, Integrationis responsible forleading the design, delivery, and continuous evolution of integration capabilities that enable seamless connectivity across Coca-Cola's digital ecosystem, with a primary focus on the Coke ON platform. Reporting to the Senior Director, Technology Delivery Lead, this role ensures Coke ON's data, applications, platforms, and business processes are connected efficiently, securely, and at scale.

As Coca-Cola continues to embed data, technology, and artificial intelligence into critical business domains, integration becomes a foundational capability that enables Coke ON's end-to-end business processes, real-time insights, and scalable digital products. This leader works across business functions, product teams, enterprise architecture, engineering teams, and external partners to deliver integration solutions that unlock enterprise value for Coke ON and support future growth.

Responsibilities include:
Lead the delivery of enterprise integration capabilities that connect Coke ON with core business applications, digital products, data platforms, and emerging technology solutions.

  • Drive the successful execution of integration initiatives that enable scalable business processes, improved data flow, and enhanced user experiences for Coke ON.

  • Partner with product, engineering, architecture, data, cybersecurity, and business teams to define and implement integration roadmaps aligned to Coke ON and enterprise priorities.

  • Oversee integration design standards, practices, and governance to ensure consistency, maintainability, security, and operational reliability across Coke ON integrations.

  • Support the adoption of cloud-based integration technologies, APIs, event-driven architectures, and modern platform capabilities across the Coke ON ecosystem.

  • Ensure integration solutions support enterprise data strategies by enabling trusted, accessible, and scalable data exchange between Coke ON and connected systems.

  • Manage delivery plans, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution activities for Coke ON integration projects and releases.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance integration performance, monitoring, automation, and operational support capabilities for Coke ON.

  • Collaborate with technology vendors and implementation partners tooptimizeCoke ON solution delivery and platform effectiveness.

  • Promote technology and AI fluency within integration teams andidentifyopportunities toleverageautomation and intelligent workflows across Coke ON.

  • Communicates integration status, risks, and technical concepts clearly to business and technical stakeholders across the Coke ON organization.

  • Influences technical and architecture decisions on Coke ON integration priorities and standards.

  • Facilitates alignment across product, engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, vendors, and business functions.

  • Builds trusted relationships across the Coca-Cola system to drive collaboration and successful Coke ON integration outcomes.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, ora relatedtechnical field.

  • 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise integration, middleware, application connectivity, or technology platform solutions.

  • 3+ years of experience leading integration initiatives within complex, global, and highly matrixed environments.

  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering API-based, cloud-native, event-driven, and enterprise integration solutions.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, system interoperability, and modern integration patterns.

  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, engineers, and external technology providers.

  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms, integration platforms as a service, data integration technologies, and application modernization strategies.

  • Experience implementing integration solutions that support digital products, data platforms, analytics, automation, and AI capabilities - ideally within consumer or loyalty platforms such as Coke ON.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, and data governance considerations within integration environments.

  • Experience working within agile and product-centric delivery models.

  • Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions across technical and business audiences.
