· Industry experience in Financial Services (FS) is required
· Must‐have skills include Technology Lead experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and SQL.
· Nice‐to‐have skills include ReactJS.

Job description:
· Lead end-to-end design and development of applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
· Define and enforce coding standards, architectural best practices, and design patterns
· Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
· Perform code reviews, ensure quality, performance, and security of applications
· Manage and mentor the India-based development team, including task allocation, technical guidance, and performance feedback
· Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment across time zones
· Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root cause analysis
· Guide the team on database design and optimization using SQL
· Support CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native deployments, and modern DevOps practices
· Participate in hiring, onboarding, and capability building for the offshore team
